The HDC-1400 portable camera shares the same CCD imager, 14-bit A/D and advanced HD DSP with the HDC-1500 and HDC-1000 studio cameras for delivering the ultimate picture performance in a variety of scanning modes. The HDC-1400 accommodates 1080/50i and 1080/60i, as well as delivering highest-quality 720/50P and 720/60P image quality. The HDC-1400 camera is compatible with a variety of peripherals including camera control units, remote controllers, command network units, master setup units and studio build up kits for further flexibility. This allows operators to flexibly configure the system according to their needs both in the studio and out in the field. In addition to the optical fiber transmission capability, Triax operation is also possible by adding the optional HDTX100 and HDFX100 Triax Adaptors (external boxes).
