Sony ESPs, offered and administrated by Service Net Retail Solutions, LLC, protect your product from the date of purchase and expand the benefits of coverage. 1 And with easy-to-use support, provided by Sony authorized service providers using Sony certified parts, this additional coverage assists in protecting your investments.
Contact a Sony expert at (866) 235-SONY or ask your solution provider about a Sony ESP for your Sony Product. If you've received your Sony ESP Service Pack but have not yet registered, you can register online to initiate coverage.

Sony Extended Service Plans are designed to expand coverage beyond the standard original limited warranty. ESP coverage begins on the date of original product purchase.2

No Repair Bills
Eliminate out-of-pocket expenses for covered repairs with this cost-effective solution. The Extended Service Plan pays 100% of covered parts and labor beyond the Sony limited warranty for the duration of the Extended Service Plan.7
- Sony Extended Service Plans are administered for Sony by Service Net Warranty, LLC and Service Net Solutions of Florida, LLC, PO Box 1411, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. All Extended Service Plans are subject to terms and conditions available at sonystyle.com/espterms.
- Coverage limited to purchase price (excluding sales tax) of covered product.
- Accidental Damage from Handling.
- Coverage begins on date of original product purchase.
- Service Net Solutions, LLC will furnish labor, parts, and/or replacement equipment (or pay for same) necessary to repair operational or mechanical breakdowns of the product specified within the full terms and conditions, provided such service is necessitated by product failure during normal usage.
- The use of Premium Services by Sony Technicians or Authorized Technicians is solely at the discretion of Sony and is dependent upon the type of plan, type of product and the location of the customer's residence.

Dealers in California, Florida and Oklahoma must be registered with their prospective states to sell extended service contracts to any consumer (B2C).
