Award-winning director and cameraman Jody Eldred put Sony's new XDCAM® PMW-200 HD422 Camcorder through a high-flying adventure on its first U.S. field test shoot at the 40th Anniversary Great Forest Park Balloon Race in St. Louis, MO, held on September 14-15. "Up, Up and Away: First Look at Sony's XDCAM PMW-200" was Jody's two-camera shoot of that event.

  • Three 1/2-inch full HD Exmor™ CMOS sensors
  • 50Mbps MPEG HD422 and HD420 selectable recording
  • Support for MXF and XDCAM EX™ memory-based workflows
