The Sony CPRF program provides our end users with an experienced team of independent service professionals who can provide on-call and on-site service for the Sony FilmStation™ dry film imager. Although the FilmStation imager has a proven track record and low failure rate, Sony is committed to providing the very best product support when it is needed. We know it’s important that your film imager remains in service for the productivity of your radiology imaging department, whether an outpatient imaging center, small hospital, or mobile coach operation. |

| Who are Sony’s CPRF’s? Experienced, knowledgeable, and local; our network of CPRF’s are also Sony authorized FilmStation resellers. So, the same companies that sell and install your FilmStation dry film imager can also provide all of your servicing needs. Using their vast experience in the medical imaging environment, a CPRF can handle any problems that might arise. What are the benefits? As part of the program (which runs the length of your one year standard product warranty) CPRF professionals will help troubleshoot problems you encounter right over the phone. They can also use the FilmStation imager’s Remote Diagnostics Monitor to assess the status of your unit from a remote location. If a simple problem occurs, the CPRF can help over the phone. If the problem requires hands on attention, the CPRF will come to your facility to handle any necessary repairs. Why On-Site Service? Sony wants to prevent you or your staff from taking additional time to pack and ship your printer in the event of a service problem. The FilmStation’s design allows the CPRF to simply repair or swap out the internal modular components, minimizing your down time. Our network of CPRF’s is nationwide, and in most cases can provide a fast response time. Parts and Preventative Maintenance CPRF professionals have instant access to Sony parts and can also offer you service plans at competitive pricing once your warranty has expired including preventive maintenance programs so your FilmStation imager is always optimized for the best performance.
