Basic Effects Channel Board for MVE8000A. This board adds two channels of Digital Effects to an MVE8000A processor. Each processor can accommodate up to 2 MKE8040A boards. A maximum of 8 DME channels using two MVE8000A processors may be added to an MVS8000A system. Standard DME features include size, position, rotation with perspective, recursive effects, mosaic, defocus/blur, posterization, border, dropshadow, crop and on-screen graphics & channel wireframes. Multiple channels may be combined to achieve advanced effects such as cubes, slabs and solids. Individual channel parameters can be assigned to the timeline for maximum editing and playback flexibility. Global coordinates may be assigned to a dedicated timeline that effectively provides independent global operation for each channel.
