The 5 year agreement is a 3 year extension of the 2 years of on-site support included in the standard product warranty, for a total of 5 years of support from date of sale. Agreement provides field level support with repair services performed on-site at Endusers location during regular Sony business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5:00p).
