5 Year Extended Warranty provides an extension of the standard 3 year Limited Product Warranty for an additional 2 years, for a total of 5 years parts and labor coverage from date of product purchase. Also includes an extension of the standard 1 year OTS Loaner coverage for an additional 4 years, for a total of 5 years OTS coverage. Excludes: wear and tear; consumable items; any parts warranty periods based on usage. Extended Warranties are not returnable or renewable, and Warranty coverage is only valid within the United States, excluding territories. To activate the warranty, end users must register by completing the requested information at: www.sony.com/professionalservices/registration; or by faxing the completed form provided to 408-352-4160.
