The 3 year On-Time Support (OTS) Loaner program provides an extension of the 1 year of OTS included in the standard Limited Product Warranty to a total of 3 years from date of product purchase. Extended Warranties are not returnable or renewable, and Warranty coverage is only valid within the United States, excluding territories. To activate the warranty, end users must register by completing the requested information at: www.sony.com/professionalservices/registration; or by faxing the completed form provided to 408-352-4160.
