Extended Parts Warranty
"Parts Only" extended warranty coverage can be purchased to take effect at the expiration of the limited standard warranty. Sony can supply new or rebuilt replacement parts, or issue a credit towards the purchase for defective parts.
Theatre Site Survey and Preparation
The purpose of the site survey is to identify, document and communicate all environmental, structural and service issues and other requirements to ensure a successful installation.
Equipment Installation / Training and System Orientation
Installation services provided by Sony Professional Services allows for rapid and correct installation of the Digital Cinema System with minimal disruption to end users. After installation is complete, Sony can conduct customer system training and orientations.
Preventative Maintenance Visits
A Sony On-site Support for Preventative Maintenance visit is recommended once a year under the normal operating circumstances to check the unit. Maintenance is performed in accordance with Sony specifications, and includes cleaning.
