Sony's new Extended Limited Product Warranty extends the standard Sony Limited Product Warranty for an additional term from the date of product purchase. The length of warranty extention varies according to the specific agreement purchased. Extended Limited Warranties cover all parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship, including premature electrical/electronic and mechanical failure, and are subject to all of the terms, conditions and limitations of Sony's standard Limited Product Warranties.

Sony's OTS program entitles customers to the use of a loaner unit of comparable function while their equipment is being repaired by Sony. All shipping costs for the covered product and Loaner unti are included. OTS coverage also includes toll-free phone support and technical assistance from date of purchase throughout the OTS term.
