Confirmation Notification: End user who submits a claim for the World Cam Upgrade will receive email confirmation of the World Cam Upgrade process.

Camcorders sent to Sony for the World Cam Upgrade as part of this promotion must be postmarked no later than Oct. 31, 2009. End users will be required to pay the normal $300.00 World Cam Upgrade fee for camcorders shipped to Sony after Oct. 31, 2009.
